It must have been less than 30 minutes after I posted my review here and UHS just replied. They are sending me a new bottle. We'll see how well it does!
First of all, the Mouldzap cleaner did a great job on our fabric shower curtain. However, the bottle (which admittedly I only paid a couple of pounds for), broke after one use. I squeeze the trigger and now the liquid just dribbles. I checked the hose was in place and that the lid was on properly but it was definitely broken. I emailed Thrive and UHS last week asking for a replacement bottle but have had no reply. At this stage I'll just buy a cheap replacement bottle off Amazon and use a sharpie to mark the liquid level but I'm a bit disappointed at the lack of customer engagement. Maybe this will get their attention.
