Payment Methods & Checkout
What payment methods do you accept?
UHS (Europe) Ltd accepts secure online payments through Shopify Payments and PayPal, allowing customers to purchase professional cleaning chemicals, hygiene supplies, and janitorial products with confidence.
Card payments, including major debit and credit cards, as well as Apple Pay, can be processed securely through Shopify Payments during checkout. Customers may also choose to pay using their PayPal account by selecting the PayPal option at checkout.
All payments must be successfully authorised and completed before orders can be processed and dispatched from our warehouse.
Can I change my payment method or amend my order after checkout?
Unfortunately, once an order has been placed and confirmed, we are unable to amend payment methods or add additional items. This allows us to maintain efficient order processing and fast dispatch of cleaning and hygiene products to our customers across the UK and Europe.

Faulty, Damaged or Missing Orders
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
If your cleaning products or hygiene supplies arrive damaged during delivery, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt.
To help us resolve your issue quickly, please email sales@uhseurope.co.uk
with:
- Your order number and contact details
- A description of the damage or issue
- Clear images showing the damaged items
Once received, our customer support team will investigate and respond as quickly as possible.
What if items are missing from my order?
Unless otherwise stated within your dispatch confirmation email, orders are shipped complete. If your order arrives incomplete, please notify us within 24 hours.
When contacting us, please include:
- Details of items received
- Delivery date
- Images of packaging if damage is visible
Providing this information allows us to investigate promptly and resolve the matter efficiently.
What should I do if I receive a faulty or incorrect item?
If you believe you have received a faulty, defective, or incorrect product, please contact our team by emailing sales@uhseurope.co.uk
Include your order information, a description of the issue, and any relevant photographs showing the fault or incorrect item. Our team will assess the situation and provide guidance on replacement or resolution as quickly as possible.
Discounts, Offers & Promotional Codes
Do you offer discount codes or special offers?
From time to time, UHS Europe releases promotional discount codes and special offers across our social media and email channels. We also offer selected clearance and reduced price items across our range of cleaning chemicals, janitorial supplies, and hygiene products.

How do I apply a discount code?
Discount or promotional codes can be applied during checkout via the cart page.
After adding your items:
- Select View Cart.
- Locate the “I have a gift voucher or promo code” section.
- Enter your code carefully, ensuring uppercase and lowercase characters are correct.
- Allow the page to refresh for the discount to apply automatically.
My discount code isn’t working, what should I do?
